  Zgodnie z obowiązującymi nowymi przepisami narciarze korzystający z włoskich stoków muszą posiadać ważne ubezpieczenie od odpowiedzialności za szkody lub krzywdy wyrządzone osobom trzecim lub mieniu (RCT). Każdy, u kogo podczas kontroli stwierdzi się brak ubezpieczenia RCT, będzie musiał oddać swój skipass i zapłacić karę administracyjną w wysokości od 100 do 150 Euro. Nie ma minimalnego limitu ubezpieczenia i nie ma obowiązku okazywania dowodu ubezpieczenia.

  ALKOHOL NA STOKU I OBOWIĄZKOWE KASKI DO 18 ROKU ŻYCIA
  Wśród przepisów, które weszły w życie we Włoszech 1 stycznia 2022 roku, istnieje możliwość kontrolowania trzeźwości na stokach oraz obowiązku noszenia kasków na stokach wśród osób poniżej 18 lat. 

  Każdemu, kto na stoku będzie w stanie nietrzeźwości lub pod wpływem innych substancji odurzających, mogą grozić kary od grzywny do aresztu, w zależności od stopnia ciężkości. Na przykład poziom powyżej 1,5 g/l grozi grzywną w wysokości do 6 000 Euro i karą pozbawienia wolności do 1 roku.

  Osoby do 18 lat są zobowiązane do noszenia homologowanego kasku ochronnego podczas uprawiania narciarstwa alpejskiego, snowboardu i saneczkarstwa. Osoba odpowiedzialna za naruszenie tych przepisów podlega karze administracyjnej w wysokości od 100 do 150 Euro.

  OPŁATA KLIMATYCZNA
  W większości włoskcih regionów po przyjeździe na miejsce pobierana jest obowiązkowa opłata klimatyczna (dzieci do nieukończonego 12 lub 14 roku życia bez dopłaty). Opłata nie jest wliczona w podstawową cenę wycieczki, należy ją uiścić na miejscu w gotówce.
